Bob Bodian

Bob Bodian is the Managing Partner at Mintz, a versatile Am Law 100 law firm with over 550 attorneys serving clients worldwide.2 He has led the firm to seven consecutive years of record-setting financial growth.2 Mintz's annual revenue has increased by 130% since Bob began leading the firm in 2009, reaching $645 million in fiscal year 2024.1 During that same period, the firm's profit per partner has grown by 150% to over $2.1 million, and revenue per lawyer has nearly doubled to reach $1.2 million.1

Bodian is considered an unconventional leader and has received awards and national recognition for his innovative approach to management.234 He is also a seasoned trial lawyer with an active litigation practice, with decades of experience in employment, commercial disputes, private equity, financial services, insurance, securities, real estate, sports law, and banking.23 Bodian has extensive experience defending companies and their directors and officers in securities litigation and related matters, including claims arising out of acquisitions, going private transactions, restatements, and allegations of financial irregularities.23

Bodian graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University and holds a JD from Stanford Law School.25
