Bob Black

Bob Black is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background. He pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Management. Additionally, he has had educational experiences at Penn State University and the University at Buffalo School of Management.

Bob Black has held various significant positions in different organizations throughout his career. Presently, he serves as the Chairman at RTIC Outdoors. Previously, he was associated with LF Capital Acquisition Corp. II, good2grow™, Edgewell Personal Care, Targeted PetCare, Corsicana Mattress Company, Pestell Nutrition Inc., DecoPac, Inc., Northwestern Mutual, Annie's Inc., Argotec, Inc., Kimberly-Clark, Sammons Corporation, Steelcase, McKinsey & Company, Baxter International Inc., and Hard Manufacturing Co., Inc. He has served in roles ranging from Chairman to President and Chief Operating Officer, demonstrating his wide array of skills and expertise.

In addition to his corporate roles, Bob Black has been involved in advisory and coaching capacities. He has been a Senior Executive Advisor at The Boston Consulting Group, a Speaker/Author/Advisor at Digital Commerce, and a member of the Policy Holders Examining Committee at Northwestern Mutual. These roles showcase his ability to provide strategic guidance and leadership at the highest levels.
