With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Bob has served as outside counsel to developers and investors nationwide, covering various commercial real estate sectors such as multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, office, retail, and industrial properties, managing investments exceeding $10B.

Beyond real estate transactions, Bob also offers his expertise as outside general counsel to a diverse range of clients, including companies, funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals in industries like real estate, hospitality, technology, and entertainment. He actively contributes to crucial areas like handling intricate litigation, restructuring, and corporate affairs for his clients.

Bob pursued his Law Degree at USC Gould School of Law and holds a BS from USC - Marshall School of Business.
