Currently, Bo serves as the founder and President at Zync Technology Group, a forward-thinking software development company focused on creating efficient applications and offering Opportunity Evaluation services to assist investor groups and companies in disrupting their respective industries.

During his tenure at Recondo Technology, Bo successfully managed teams that implemented revenue cycle management products, deployed Agile Software Development practices, designed and integrated Salesforce’s Service Cloud CRM system with JIRA project management, and shaped a Customer Success initiative resulting in a notable boost in customer retention. In the past, he established and later sold MidTech Partners, Inc., a thriving software services company that expanded to over 20 employees and catered to Fortune 500 clientele.
