Born and raised in Maine, he embarked on his own business venture in 2010 to support his family while pursuing higher education. Benjaman possesses a diverse educational background, having studied Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, and Business Administration.

Equipped with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Indiana and another from Arkansas State University, Benjaman has developed a strong foundation in the field. Additionally, he holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Newburgh, IN.

Throughout his career, Benjaman has held numerous leadership positions, including IT Manager and Business Coach at The Lean Hub. Prior to that, he established and managed his own successful business, BMG Enterprises, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit. He has also contributed significantly to various organizations, such as Fingermark where he served as Product Manager for EYECUE™, a consultancy role at SIGMA Equipment, Inc., and as Technology Director at Go Mini's.

In the realm of education, Benjaman has served as a Club Sports Supervisor at the University of Southern Indiana and as a Host and Customer Service Specialist at Chick-fil-A. His prior experience also includes graphic design and website development roles at MedSouth Medical Supply and Alvey's Sign Company, respectively.

Benjaman's expertise spans a range of areas, including business administration, IT management, coaching, entrepreneurship, and graphic design.
