Blake J. Montgomery is a dynamic professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Performance Matters, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in assisting independent and regional textile rental companies. With a strong background in commercial banking and a proven track record of success, Mr. Montgomery excels in generating revenue, managing risk, and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Mr. Montgomery's leadership extends beyond his role at Performance Matters. He also holds positions on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina, where he serves as Treasurer. Additionally, he dedicates his time to the South Carolina State Museum Foundation Board of Governors, where he chairs the Investment Committee.

With over a decade of experience in commercial banking, Mr. Montgomery's expertise is vast. During his tenure at Wells Fargo, he served as Senior Vice President and Regional Sales Manager, overseeing the bank's South Carolina commercial banking acquisition and sales strategy. Prior to that, he managed risk for the bank's Counterparty exposure at BB&T in Winston Salem, NC.

An alumnus of the University of South Carolina, Mr. Montgomery holds a Bachelor's degree, Cum Laude, in Political Science, and an MBA from the prestigious Darla Moore School of Business. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Montgomery prioritizes family life, residing in Columbia, SC with his wife, Anna, and their four children.
