Blake Bellinger, an accomplished professional with a strong background in psychology and a proven track record in sourcing and recruitment strategies for some of the world's largest companies. With his education from the University of California and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, Blake has been able to bring forth expert insight into areas such as employee management, data analysis, and project management.
Blake has held several senior positions across multiple companies, notably his role as Senior Technical Sourcer at Tesla and Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Amazon. In these roles, he has been responsible for strategic sourcing, identifying top talent, and driving key initiatives to increase diversity within organizations. His experience at Apple as WW Corporate Recruitment Sourcing has given him vast experience in creating and executing recruitment strategies tailored to the client’s demands.
Outside of his professional career, Blake has also worked as an Inside Salesperson with Sew-Eurodrive and a Healthcare Recruiter with Health VMS. He also worked as a Data Entry Manager and Research Assistant at the Centre for Public Policy Research CPPR at UC Davis Extension.
