Blair Lucas is the Co-Founder and CEO of CoSec, a company that provides comprehensive support for offshore companies that want to establish a presence in Australia and the USA. With his extensive experience as both a Company Secretary and Legal Counsel for private and public companies in China and Australia, Blair applies his knowledge of the corporate regulatory environment to effectively assist offshore companies in their international expansions. He is an expert in international trade and has presented at several global events on related topics.

Blair Lucas is a Monash University graduate, holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Chinese, as well as a Diploma of Chinese Language and Culture from Nanjing University. He also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
