With 14 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Blair has expertise in business development, marketing, and sales within the solar and storage industries, covering the entire industry value chain. Blair has a particular focus on the Eastern region and Southeast solar and power markets.

In addition to Blair's extensive experience in renewable energy, spanning EPC, project development, and power generation, Blair boasts a rich background of 25 years in start-ups, business development, sales, and marketing across various industries. Blair's career has traversed sectors such as computer consumables, marketing consulting, textiles, and renewable energy, providing a diverse skill set and breadth of knowledge.

Blair's educational background includes an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Rotary International Graduate Fellowship for political science studies at UNICAMP - Universidade Estadual de Campinas at the Masters level, and a BA in English Literature and Latin American Studies from the University of Virginia.
