Blair Humphreys

Blair Humphreys is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in real estate investing and development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Humphreys Capital, Blair leads Investments, Accounting, and Operations while also being part of the Investment Committee. He is also the President of Wheeler District, an urban neighborhood development in Oklahoma City. Blair's background includes being the Executive Director of the Institute for Quality Communities at The University of Oklahoma and founding the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute. Blair's educational achievements include a Master of City Planning & Urban Design Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma.
