Blair Humphreys

Blair Humphreys is the Chief Executive Officer of Humphreys Capital, an institutional investment manager specializing in real estate.13 He has nearly two decades of experience in real estate investing and development.34 Blair holds a Master of City Planning and Urban Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2009) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from The University of Oklahoma (2005).34

As CEO, Blair oversees Investments, Accounting, and Operations at Humphreys Capital and serves on the Investment Committee of each fund.23 He is also a member of the company's Board of Directors.34
