Blair's strengths lie in creativity, leadership, bringing products to market, self-motivation, and managing project diversity. Technical expertise includes mechanical engineering, CAD, user research, and rapid prototyping technologies. Blair holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Auburn University, and has held key roles at companies like Verizon Connect, Crux Retail, Griffin Technology, and Displaycraft, Inc.
