Blair Black is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse career spanning over 20 years. Beginning in the heart of New York City on Wall Street with Goldman Sachs and Lebenthal & Company, Blair ventured into areas such as Asset Management, Private Equity, and Money Management, now known as Private Wealth. Transitioning to Dallas, Blair immersed himself in the finance sector focusing on real estate and commercial banking, collaborating with renowned companies such as Henry S. Miller Commercial, Wells Fargo, and First Horizon. Over the past decade, Blair has concentrated on residential and commercial finance, excelling in client relations and spearheading various urban development and commercial finance projects nationally and internationally, encompassing retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and investment portfolios. With a robust foundation in sales and customer service from a family background in the hospitality industry, Blair's journey reflects a commitment to excellence and success. Blair is an alumnus of The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, Connecticut, and holds a BA degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, accompanied by a Business Studies designation with a minor in Spanish and International Business.
