Blaine Clooten

Blaine Clooten is a Deputy District Attorney serving at the Umatilla County District Attorney's Office. With legal experience focused on prosecution, Clooten is responsible for providing legal counsel to the DA's office, actively pursuing justice and fairness in the Oregon legal system.
