She is fluent in English, Farsi, and Spanish, offering a multilingual advantage in the global design industry.

Bita possesses advanced skills in concepting, sketching, product design, blueprinting, tailoring, pattern drafting, and fitting, making her a well-rounded professional in the field.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Fashion/Apparel Design from Otis College of Art and Design and an Associate degree from Santa Monica College.

Bita has held various key roles in prestigious organizations, including being the Owner of Elixir By Bita, as well as serving as the former Owner of Piece. Collection.

In addition, she has worked as a Design and Creative Management Consultant at Bita Rad Creative Consultancy, Senior Design Lecturer at Otis College of Art and Design, and Guest Lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts Singapore for Fashion Design and Entrepreneurial Lecture Series.
