Starting out in core HR functions, Binson has since evolved his skillset into Employee Experience, Leadership Effectiveness, and Learning & Development. He has worked across various industries such as hospitality, professional services, financial services, and IT consulting. In his current role at Accenture, Binson leads Learning and Leadership Development globally for a business area, overseeing the end-to-end management of the learning charter - from strategy to deployment and measurement.
