Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer in Policy and Advocacy at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Bin leverages expertise in driving impactful initiatives.

Previously, Bin held key roles including Director of Partnership Development at Business for Social Responsibility, Senior Program Officer at The Asia Foundation, and China Program Officer at The Institute of International Education.
