Billy Zero is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in Brand Management, Music Licensing, Music Management, Music Programming, Event Promotions, Event and Brand Marketing, Personal Management, Public Speaking, Motivation & Facilitation.

He has a wealth of experience managing and marketing various entities including bands, brands, nightclubs, restaurants, radio stations, and his own companies such as The Nextival, Juice Box Jams 501(c)(3), Dj Boy Records, Dj Boy Radio, Dj Boy Agency, Dj Boy Events, Hand Made Quarterly, The West Street Carnival, and The Superfesta.

Billy has a strong presence in the Washington DC music scene, serving on the Board of Governors for The Recording Academy, where he was elected in 2017. He held the position of President for 2 years starting in 2008 and later served as a Trustee for 2 years on the national music scene. His involvement in The Recording Academy includes participation in the Grammy Grants Committee and co-chairing the Indie-Outreach Committee.

His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Towson University, and his professional journey has seen him holding roles such as Day Trader at Dj Boy, Producer & Programming at Stringfields Band, Founder of various organizations, Music Designer at Mood Media, Trustee at N.A.R.A.S, President of the DC Chapter at N.A.R.A.S, Program Director at XMU at XM SATELLiTE RADiO, and various other impactful positions in the industry.
