Billy O'Connell is the General Manager and Label Manager at Santa Barbara Records, a record label focused on creating a positive cultural and economic impact through music. He graduated from New York University and began his career in the Los Angeles live music scene. O'Connell has an extensive background in the music industry, having served as Talent Coordinator for MTV's "The Cutting Edge" and as Label Manager at Sire Records, where he worked with notable artists like Lou Reed and The Ramones.12
