With a background in various senior roles within the payments sector, Billy specializes in headhunting top talent for critical positions and providing exceptional candidate care. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from the University of Chichester. Billy has previously held positions such as Head of Search at Payments Executive Search, Managing Consultant at Payments Recruitment Limited, and Head of Payments Recruitment at expand executive search. He also served as a Senior Consultant in Payments Recruitment at J P Banking / NRec Limited and as a Senior Business Development Manager in Payments & Cash Management at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance. Billy started his career through the Graduate Fast Track Management Programme at Barclays Corporate.
