Bill Vass

Bill Vass is an accomplished technology executive with vast experience contributing to the success of multiple organizations. He studied Computer Science at the University of Houston and went on to complete his Doctorate of Philosophy in Computer Science at The George Washington University. Bill has had several senior executive positions at companies such as Sun Microsystems, where he served as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Robotics and also served as the Vice President of Engineering at Amazon Web Services.

Bill's career has also included consultant roles in Cyber Security and OpenStack for NASA and the Federal Government. He also held a position in the Senior Executive Service, Office of the Chief Information Officer at the office of the Secretary of Defense for The Pentagon. Bill's expertise in computer science, coupled with his leadership skills, have made him an influential technology leader in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
