Bill Manning is an experienced consultant specializing in Agile interventions and organizational change. With 25 years of experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, business analyst, and business owner, Bill learned that the one common characteristic that differentiates success from failure in individual, team, and organization performance is the behavior of leaders and members. He believes that competitive companies can no longer rely on prescriptive methodologies and traditional organizational hierarchies but on organizational culture and adaptive behavior-based frameworks.
Bill is in the final stage of his Ph.D. program in Applied Psychology and plans to publish his research on the influences of external leader behavior on self-managing teams and how different organizations view the relationship as an overall competitive strategy in late 2020 or early 2021.
Bill studied Ph.D. and Masters at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Economics at Florida State University.
