With over 20 years of experience, Bill has excelled in providing operational and strategic leadership in the development of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare services.

Previously, as the President of TLC Vision Refractive Surgery Division, he spearheaded a business strategy generating over $200 million in revenue, managing 900 employees, and serving a client base of 13,000 eye care professionals.

Leading Greenbrook TMS, Bill has built it into North America's largest provider of TMS Therapy, focusing on delivering innovative treatment and compassionate care through a team of top practitioners in neurology and psychiatry.

Bill Leonard studied Marketing, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Towson University.
