Bill Koeb is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in teaching, illustration, graphic design, painting, and Photoshop. With over 25 years of experience, he is a visual narrative expert proficient in problem-solving and delivering creative solutions under tight deadlines. His portfolio includes creating sequential art for comics, illustrations for various purposes like book covers, advertising, and films, as well as designing titles and editing videos.
Bill's passion lies in education, storytelling, character design, animation, and children's books. Currently, he is actively involved in working on three children's books and exploring new projects in comic book creation.
His educational journey includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Illustration from the Academy of Art University and studies in drawing, painting, and graphic design at Chabot College.
Throughout his career, Bill Koeb has held various roles in prestigious organizations, including being a drawing and painting teacher at Durham Arts Council. His past experiences range from Artist/Illustrator to Graphic Designer at Weaver Street Market, Computer Technician at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and teaching positions at several academic institutions like the Academy of Art University and the California College of the Arts. His volunteering efforts extend to organizations like the UCSF Medical Center.
