Bill Hubbell is a seasoned Senior Economist with extensive experience in measuring and realizing economic value from digital transformation for both commercial and public sector clients worldwide. With an MBA in Finance and Accounting from UCLA's Anderson School of Management, he also studied the Stanford Investment Science program at Stanford University and an undergraduate in Economics and Mathematics at the University of Southern California. Having previously worked as a Senior Architect and Business Strategy Consultant at Microsoft, Bill now uses his expertise to help clients achieve their digital goals. Prior to his role at Microsoft, Bill has held various leadership positions, including VP of Business to Business Services at Abacus Direct/DoubleClick, SVP at Stern Stewart & Co., and VP and CFO of The Polk Company. He has also served as a senior manager at Arthur Andersen and director of new business development at Experian (TRW Credit Data).
