Bill Hendricks has over 24 years of extensive professional experience in eCommerce and product management within innovative fintech, biotech, and hardware companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 giants. He has built and operated SaaS products and eCommerce sites for world-renowned brands using customer-centered strategies, analytics, A/B testing, and user research. Hendricks has held senior leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Codex DNA, Illumina, TaxAct, ProducePay, and co-founded Common Form, Inc. He has also worked for Intuit, Sony Electronics, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell, and NetWorker, Inc.

Hendricks received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and studied at Techstars.
