Bill has successfully collaborated with over 250 Indigenous communities to drive energy transformation initiatives, reduce emissions, lower costs, and create employment opportunities.

He has held various leadership positions in notable organizations like Superior Propane, ReWatt, Rokstad Power - Carillion Canada, ATCO Group, and Nexen Inc.

Bill's expertise spans areas such as DER, transformative energy, EPC, transmission & distribution, remote camps, integrated facilities management, and major construction projects.

He is known for his proficiency in business development, stakeholder relations, community consultation, Aboriginal business development, health & safety, emergency response, conflict resolution, finance, and corporate planning.

Bill has a strong educational background with certifications in National Construction Safety, Certified Managerial Accounting, and executive programs from renowned institutions like University of Western Ontario, HASKAYNE School of Business, and Richard Ivey School of Business.
