Bill Eger is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background. He holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Urban Planning from The George Washington University, and multiple Master of Science degrees including in Energy Engineering and Clean and Renewable Energy from the University of Dayton. He also has a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and a BSCE in Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton.
Bill further expanded his knowledge by studying Intermediate Microeconomics and Econometrics at Cleveland State University and GIS, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics at Sinclair Community College.
In terms of professional experience, Bill has served in various capacities, including as an Energy Manager at the City of Alexandria. He has also held positions such as Board Member / Chair at Boards/Commissions, Principal/Energy and Sustainability Management Consultant at ETHOS Sustainability Group, LLC, Energy Manager at City of Cleveland Mayors Office of Sustainability, and Energy Engineer at Go Sustainable Energy, LLC.
His academic background and experience extend to roles in academia, having served as an Instructor at the University of Dayton and as a Lead Engineer at the US Department of Energy Industrial Assessment Center. Bill has also worked as an Assistant Director at University of Dayton ETHOS Program, Project Engineer at Energy Information Systems, and Design Engineer at Grupo Fenix in Nicaragua.
