Having faced personal healthcare communication challenges, Bill is driven to innovate and bring a positive change alongside the eTrain team.

eTrainetc, LLC has pioneered a Software as a Service (SAS) model for micro simulation-based training, supplemented by an authoring tool, data analytics, AI, and other supporting technologies, targeting B2B cloud-based solutions primarily in healthcare with plans for expansion into other industries.

The micro simulations developed by eTrain promote critical thinking, decision-making, and gap identification through a reality-based experiential learning approach, with features like virtual mentorship, personalized learning paths, and real-time assessment of knowledge and confidence levels.

The platform focuses on delivering short bursts of learning lasting 5-15 minutes to enhance safety and knowledge across various markets, aiming to facilitate continuous improvement and save lives.

Bill Cornelius holds a background in Business Administration, Computer Science from Western New England University, and Business and Business Administration from Suny Broome Community College.
