As the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Americas at Syndicate Group, he leads a team of business development professionals and oversees all aspects of the company's sales strategies in North and South America.
Before this, he was Senior Director of Business Development for RFID and Digital Solutions at Charming Trim & Packaging, a company specializing in trimmings, packaging, and promotional products. Prior to that, he was the Global Business Development Innovation for Xerox, spearheading the company's innovation strategy for RFID and other emerging technologies.
Compitello's expertise in RFID technology has allowed him to lead large-scale projects, such as the implementation of the RFID system for the Beijing Olympics and inventory management for a major sports retailer. He has also been involved in the development of groundbreaking RFID innovations, such as the first-ever fully integrated RFID solution for the retail industry.
