Bill Cohen is a seasoned attorney with over thirty years of experience specializing in estate planning, taxation, and finance. Currently, he serves as the principal of Oakbridge Partners, Ltd, an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm in Atlanta. With a commitment to helping clients make informed decisions about their investments and financial matters, Bill aims to alleviate financial worries and enhance security.

Before his role at Oakbridge, Bill held key positions in reputable firms. He was an executive officer at Magner.Network, LLC, overseeing the development of web-based financial software for executive compensation and charitable giving solutions. Additionally, he served as the Financial Operations Officer for Magner's affiliated Broker Dealer. Prior to that, Bill led the transactional practice group at the Atlanta office of Robins, Kaplan, Miller and Ciresi, a prominent national law firm. His contributions were recognized through his membership on the firm's Executive Board, National Business Department Steering Committee, and Long Range Planning Committee.

Bill Cohen obtained a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) with honors from Florida State University College of Law and a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Tax Law/Taxation from The College of William and Mary - Marshall Wythe Law School.
