Bilal Ehsan

Bilal Ehsan is an Innovative Records Information Management (RIM) lead with a wealth of hands-on knowledge in optimization, enhancement, and implementation of centralized/de-centralized models in both controlled and uncontrolled public and private settings.

His expertise lies in strategic planning, coordination, change management, and consultation of Document Control, Imaging, and Records Information Management policies, principles, and best practices.

Bilal is dedicated to reducing resistance by deeply understanding his Client's requirements, values, and analyzing gaps for process improvements from a risk perspective.

He focuses on building and enhancing long-term business partnerships, vendor relationships, and client relationships by asking the right questions and delivering expected results within a framework supported by legislation such as ISO 15489, FIPPA, PIPEDA, and ARA (2016).

Educationally, Bilal pursued a Certificate in Records Information Management (RIM) at the University of Toronto, studied Computer Networking Systems at Seneca College, and obtained an OSSD Certification from Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute.
