As Site Head I was responsible for leading and growing the Bangalore which was a new Centre for Freshworks. I was involved in evangelizing and helping Flagship Freshworks SaaS Products to set up new teams in Bangalore, Hiring Strategy and Execution, Tech Branding, Innovation, University/Industry Relationships, HR and Office Facilities.
As Engineering Leader I led the AI/ML & Data Platforms Initiative where we were building a new Data and AI/ML Platform. This involved ingestion of data from various sources (batch and streaming), curation and data transformations, feature sets creation, Model Training & Deployment and full cycle of Model Experiment tracking. I was also leading building of common AI/ML cognitive services like Orchestration, NLP (Questions and Answers, Intent Detection), Conversational Service and others.
