Bianca Monique Dawkins is an accomplished professional dedicated to empowering youth and providing them with the necessary resources to thrive and reach their full potential.

She holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Southwest Senior High School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Minneapolis Community and Technical College, where she graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
