Her expertise lies in providing legal advice on commercial legal matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance for different industries, with a specialization in trade, commodity, and supply chain finance transactions, risk distribution structures, and digital initiatives in the banking and trade finance sectors.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a double major in Philosophy and History from Smith College, a JD in Law from Yale Law School, advanced studies in Chinese Studies encompassing politics, history, and law at The Johns Hopkins University, a certificate in Chinese from National Taiwan University, and summer school studies in Mandarin Chinese at Princeton University.
