Throughout his professional career, Bhupesh has held roles in various organizations. He has worked as the SCM Planning lead for food, FMCG, and fresh products at Udaan.com, as well as a senior manager at Flipkart, where he was responsible for SCM strategy. Bhupesh also worked in global logistics to establish a cold supply chain at Biocon and offered SCM consultancy services to GENPACT LLC.

Bhupesh's experience in supply chain management is impressive, and he also completed a six-sigma green belt project during a winter internship at Anand Group - Perfect Circle India. In addition, he served as an assistant manager at Trident Group and as an executive salesperson at ATE Enterprises Pvt Ltd.
