Bhaskar NM is a self-taught designer and marketer with a passion for communication through design in various forms.

He excels in end-to-end marketing, from strategizing campaigns to execution and impact measurement.

Currently, Bhaskar leads a dynamic team at SmartQ, a well-funded startup he joined eight years ago at its early stages.

A naturally curious individual, Bhaskar dedicates his time to continuous learning through MOOCs, social media, and interactions with others.

He actively seeks ways to contribute to society and finds gratification in work that makes a positive impact.

In addition to his role at SmartQ, Bhaskar undertakes consulting and freelance projects, having successfully completed over 60 projects with 20+ brands, primarily startups and SMBs.

With a focus on product, design, and marketing, Bhaskar collaborates with a group of freelancers on these projects.

His educational background includes an Executive Program in Strategic Digital Marketing from Cambridge Judge Business School, a Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from East West Institute of Technology in Bangalore.

His previous roles include Director of Marketing and Design, Head of Marketing and Design, Marketing and HR Manager, and Design Manager at SmartQ, showcasing his versatile skill set.

Bhaskar has also contributed to organizations like Inspiration Unlimited and gained industry experience through roles like an Intern at HMT Machine Tools, Inc.
