Bharath Sundaram is a seasoned IT executive and entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience. He has a strong background in project and delivery management, client relationship management, P&L, talent management (US staffing), and strategic planning. His expertise in creating offshore development centers, managing global delivery, and developing management teams has played a significant role in maximizing company profitability and efficiency.

His professional journey started as a Senior Customer Support Executive at Indosys, where he grew through the ranks and eventually became a Vice President at CONFIDENT. Bharath has also held senior executive positions at EGB Systems & Solutions, Ugam Solutions, Ivesia Solutions, FOHMICS Technology Pvt Ltd, among others. In addition to his executive duties, Bharath has also worked as a course coordinator at Arena Multimedia and a multimedia programmer at Imprint Color Graphics.

Bharath earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and furthered his studies with a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from APTECH. He also has a Diploma Certificate in Multimedia from the MAC Academy and an MBA in Operations and General Management from the United Business Institute.
