Bharath Oruganti

Bharath Oruganti is a senior executive and management consultant with more than 15 years of experience in various technology companies. He has held positions such as COO, SVP, Executive Management Consultant, and Board Member. Bharath has a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives, growing customer relationships, and managing mergers and acquisitions.

Bharath's leadership experience includes managing a broad range of functions, including corporate strategy, revenue and P&L, customer success, and IT. He has managed and grown $227 million in recurring revenue, with $150 million coming from SaaS (UCaaS) and $77 million from hardware support and professional services. Additionally, Bharath is skilled in startup and scaling expertise and has extensive experience in leading global service delivery capabilities.

Throughout his career, Bharath has led multiple mergers and acquisitions transactions while overseeing aspects such as strategic fit, due diligence, board buy-in, deal closure, post-merger integration, and synergy realization. He is also familiar with SaaS best practices, having developed numerous leading practices in churn analytics and customer-level profitability.

Bharath holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Andhra University, and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from The University of Texas at Austin - The Red McCombs School of Business.
