Talent Acquisition Managing entire Manpower Planning and Budgeting / Talent Acquisition and Management along with Cost Rationalization / Campus Connect Initiatives for assigned Functions & Locations. Planning, organizing and executing Campus and Off-campus recruitment drives across India. Managing International Recruitment for the Middle East and Southeast Asia Countries.Conducting selection process (Aptitude Test, Personal Interview), Offer and post offer follow-up on joining dates.
