Bharat Moudgil

Bharat Moudgil is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background in Political Science and Law. Bharat graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and later pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
