Jack Nguyen, CPA, CA, is a highly accomplished and experienced Canadian Chartered Accountant with over two decades of international executive accounting, finance, and investment experience. He has worked for reputable professional services firms and publicly listed and private companies in Canada, the United States, and Vietnam. His expertise is in debt and equity financing, financial reporting, public company, SOX, internal controls, compliance, process improvements, investor relations, finance, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, fund-raising, treasury, tax, and cash management.

With extensive industry experience in investment banking, fund management, hospitality, education management, healthcare, hi-tech, and real estate, Jack has worked with clients in fund management, banking, insurance, manufacturing, health care, hi-tech, real estate, mining, and not-for-profit industries throughout his career.

Jack's software applications proficiency includes SAP, JD Edwards, IFCA, and Argus. He's a key team contributor with effective team management, negotiation skills, creative solutions, and the ability to influence business strategy decisions. He also has a proven track record of operational & finance optimization in his previous roles.

Jack is a Chartered Accountant who studied at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1998, and he also holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from the University of Waterloo. He's currently a partner at Mazars, a global audit, accounting, and consulting group.
