Michelle Schoening is a seasoned design leader with a wealth of experience in organizing large teams for innovative and result-oriented campaigns across various channels. She holds a degree in College of Fine Arts, Design from The University of Texas at Austin and has completed the Business Perspectives for Design Leaders program at Yale School of Management. Michelle's focus is on fostering creativity and encouraging excellence in high-level initiatives. She has served as the Creative Services + UX Development Head at Navy Federal Credit Union and was the Design Team Lead at mdg (Marketing Design Group) in the past. With an eye for detail, she has developed expertise in web, mobile, video, OOH, print, and social media platforms. Michelle's problem-solving and strategy skills enable her to drive the business forward, inspire and inform teams, and achieve objectives.
