Business Analyst chez TDF

• Operational – Ensure the delivery and quality of the produced work, report any lateness and/or
difficulties to the client and the hierarchy and help prioritize using Scrum methods
• Commercial – Being alert and listening to every possibility in order to create activity and offer
innovative solutions to the client
• Account – Ensure the transmission of bills and their payment in time by the client, report previsions and alerts

Project Manager

I had the responsibility of driving three teams (10 people in total) working on different projects:
• Support
     o Plan, prioritize and deliver tickets (expertise, small evolution, bug or configuration issue)	using Scrum methods to best fit the client’s expectations
• Dataminer (datamining and monitoring software)
     o Estimate, plan and deliver projects (bigger than 10 m/d)
• Nagios (monitoring and alerting services)
     o Estimate, plan and deliver projects (bigger than 10 m/d)

The Onshore/Offshore configuration also introduced some agility in the processes using Jira and a 
homemade distributed agility kit  (TV screen with Lync, a 4G router and sharing equipment). This role was difficult but very interesting thanks to cultural differences, on-site training (trip to India) and	the level of responsibility.
As we organized daily stand-up meetings and used new tools to communicate more efficiently,
each project was finished on time and with a growing quality.

My daily tasks included:
- Maintenance of the productivity of three teams through the transition towards Onshore/Offshore project architecture
- Business analysis (requirements from the client, tickets identification, estimations, planning)
- Reporting (client and hierarchy)
- Agile methodology:
  * Animation of meetings
  * Introduction of new tools (Jira, Git, Lync, Confluence, etc.)
  * Identification and removal of roadblocks

Scrum master

- Definition of test cases for
  * Integration
  * Benchmarks
  * Unit testing
- Introduction of global testing methodology

Testing Engineer

- Development of the front-end interface for a data usage monitoring app
