Mark Blaufuss is a financial, operational, and strategic professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, operational management, financial reporting, risk management, and more. He has worked with private and public organizations as a Managing Director at Green & White Advisory, LLC, Chief Financial Officer at Victory Innovations, and more. Mark has also been awarded the title of “Public Company CFO of the Year” for 2014 by Crains Detroit Business.

Mark studied Bachelor Science in Accounting at Michigan State University and has worked with several prominent companies throughout his career, including The Carlyle Group, Metaldyne Performance Group (NYSE: MPG), United Components, Inc., and AxleTech International, to name a few. He has also served as a board member at Jason Group Inc, Ulterra Drilling Technologies L.P., and UCI International, LLC.
