Milly Siebrits is an accomplished business leader and town planner, with a diverse background in both the public and private sectors. She completed her high school education at Worcester High School before going on to earn multiple degrees from Stellenbosch University/Universiteit Stellenbosch, including a Bachelor's degree in business/commerce, an Honours degree in business economics, and a Master's degree in town and regional planning. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in business administration and management from the same institution.

Siebrits has held a variety of roles throughout her career, including Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Dublin, Deputy Director of Property Planning at the Western Cape Government, and Consultant at Ernst & Young. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of SCOUTS South Africa, a position she earned after serving as a project manager for the organization.

Throughout her professional journey, Siebrits has honed a wide range of skills, including strategic planning, organizational management, and financial analysis. She is passionate about creating positive change in her community through effective leadership and has dedicated her career to improving the lives of others.
