Justin Wixom is a senior people leader with a career-long history in a diverse array of operations and services. He has directed teams encompassing SaaS, real estate, law enforcement, investigation, and business management. He has proven effectiveness in conceptualizing and integrating tactical processes to ensure revenue growth and business expansion with a customer-first attitude.
Justin studied Computer Science, Criminal Justice, and Information Technology, obtaining his Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a CA P.O.S.T. certified Criminal Justice and Corrections professional.
As Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable at PowerSchool Group LLC, Justin has an in-depth capability in dealing with clients, colleagues, staff, and other professionals from all levels. He has also previously held roles as the Senior Manager of Customer Success, Interim Manager of Renewals, and Manager of Customer Success at PowerSchool Group LLC, where he excelled in managing personnel from multiple offices, as part of a regional responsibility, while securing compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and customer satisfaction.
Justin has also held leadership roles such as Executive Director at Construction Industry Crime Prevention Program, Regional Manager at Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, and Sales Manager at Exclusive Home Realty. Formerly he served as Deputy Sheriff at Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff and Marine Corps Security Forces at United States Marine Corps.
As part of his personal interests, Justin was also a board member and Director of State Operations - CA at Badges Supporting Fallen Officers' Families (Fallen), and a member of the Law Enforcement Advisory Board at ProtectLight Manufacturing, LLC.
