Lisa Madden is an accomplished and highly experienced executive leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry's clinical research staffing segment. She is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at The Steely Group, where her expertise includes building Clinical & Scientific Sales & Recruiting delivery organizations for Retail, Central Delivery/VMS, Direct Hire, International Sourcing, Media/Branding/SEO, PeopleSoft/Bullhorn Reporting, and Recruitment technology/ATS.

Before joining The Steely Group, Lisa was the President at BioPharma Talent Solutions and Vice President of Staffing at Randstad Life Sciences, where she was dedicated to Randstad Life Sciences/Randstad Pharma/Delta Pharma with increasing responsibility for 12 years. She also held various positions such as Director, National Recruitment, Director, Recruitment & Technology, Associate Director, Recruitment at Randstad USA, and National Recruitment Manager at Delta-Pharma. Before joining Randstad, she managed pre-clinical & clinical development recruitment at Abbott Laboratories for six years, with increasing responsibility for the Global Pharmaceutical R&D division.

Lisa Madden's education includes a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Applied Research from Alverno College, Milwaukee, WI. She also graduated from the Randstad Blue Chip Advantage executive development program.
