Ashley Larche is an accomplished healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in behavioral and public health. She is a skilled counselor, coach, and mentor with expertise in counseling and interventions, public relations, quality assurance, compliance, cultural intelligence, empowering leadership, and relationship management.

Ashley has a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College. She completed the Adolescent Sexual Health Quality Improvement Fellowship conducted by the National QI Center at the California PTC in partnership with Population Health Improvement Partners.

Prior to her role as a Clinical Quality Lead at Mindstrong, Ashley served in various leadership positions, including Lead Field Operations Specialist and Disease Intervention Specialist III at Louisiana Department of Health, Patient Access Coordinator at Baton Rouge General Medical Center, and Americorps Member at AmeriCorps/Volunteers of America of Greater New Orleans. She possesses broad knowledge in mental health counseling, disease outbreak strategies, and reporting, and has a proven track record in crisis management, directing field staff, and ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.

Ashley is a multi-culturally competent professional experienced in case management, mentoring, training, treatment plans, and diagnosis. She is deeply acquainted with public health policies, data collection, evaluation, and program implementation.
