Capt Shantanu Chakravorty is a highly accomplished leadership development and digital transformation global leader, with over 25 years of experience in charting strategy and setting up talent agendas for large multi-nationals globally. He is a certified leadership game designer, master coach and facilitator, and a specialist in applied psychology and anthropology. An alumnus from IIMC, ISB, and Harvard Consulting, he has won commendation for leading combat military operations in the Kargil Campaign of the Indian Army. Capt Chakravorty has held global leadership capacities in organizations of repute like Cognizant, Wipro, Cargill, and the ICC.
