Richard Bagdonas, a technology entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience and a track record of building successful companies, currently leads the team at Twinedge. He specializes in healthcare integration, hospitality integration, Salesforce integration, HubSpot Integration, Bluetooth Smart, mobile payments, warehouse management, and automated document workflow solutions. Richard is a recognized expert in HL7, 835/837 EDI standards used in healthcare billing, and PCI Security Standards. He has authored multiple books on telecommunications and data network design and engineering and co-authored a book on the convergence of voice, video, and data communications.

Richard has founded and launched numerous technology companies, with two going public and five being acquired. Twinedge spun out DevWeather in 2011 to provide error reporting and monitoring solutions for the third-party software development community. SubtleData, launched in 2012 by Twinedge, offered POS integration solutions, while in 2015, Twinedge launched MI7, which integrates EHR systems for software providers. In 2019, Twinedge launched Mindful Appy to provide diagnostic tools to the mental health industry.

Richard's companies have earned multiple accolades, such as being named finalists for PYMNTS' most innovative company award, ranked in the top 10 companies by GigaOM and awarded a slot in Microsoft's BizSpark One program, comprising the top 100 Microsoft BizSpark companies worldwide. He served as a technical consultant to the US Air Force and to the Pentagon, training soldiers with the USAF's 1st Combat Camera Squadron on the transmission of photographic and video taken from the front lines of battle.

Off work, Richard is Executive Director Emeritus and board member for Operation Turkey, a nationwide non-profit Richard founded in 2000, which feeds and clothes over 15% of the US homeless population on Thanksgiving. His passion for healthcare, hospitality, logistics, mobile, point of sale, and payments is evident in his work.
